Manish Tanya Residence was a challenging project for the team as it involved designing the architecture and interior design of the house, in a tight budget. Built around a large courtyard space — as the client ordered — the architecture of the house is a fine blend of modernism and brutalism, and sees the use of two primary materials, brick and concrete.
